The Rigtheous Three-Episode-Rule Of Doom. Summer 2014 “First” Impressions: Glasslip.

Glasslip is a pleasant surprise for me.

I’m not the biggest fan of P.A’s previous works, so liking Glasslip is strange, because it does exactly nothing different from, let’s say Tari Tari and the recent Nagi No Asukara: You have a group friends, some love polygon, some strange supernatural element, an amazing talent in drawing backgrounds and there you have your standard P.A Works slice of life series.

Granted, a lot of people don’t like Glasslip and I can understand why, the characters are cliché, the situation is in your face and it really feels like you’ve been dropped in the middle of a series you’ve never ever heard about because really, there is zero build-up and nobody really knows anything about the anything,  so me liking Glasslip should really be taken with a grain of salt now more than ever.

I expect this to get melodramatic fast, and to be honest I’m looking forward to it.
